I entered incorrect information during the order or payment, can I get a refund?

No, if you have entered incorrect in-game or payment details, a refund is not possible. Please make sure to double-check your information before confirming.

Can I withdraw my balance?

The minimum withdrawal amount is 10 AZN. A 5% commission will be deducted from the withdrawn amount during the transaction.
