This policy explains how personal data is collected, used and protected when you register, place an order, top up your balance or contact customer support on gnetaz.com.
1. Information We Collect
Depending on the service you use, we may process:
your name, username, phone number and email address;
player ID, server, region, platform and order details;
account login details you provide for services requiring access to your account;
payment amount, method, date, transaction reference, status, receipt and balance history;
support correspondence and files you submit;
IP address, device and browser information, access logs and error records.
Please do not submit personal information that is unnecessary for the service.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use information to manage accounts, fulfil orders, verify payments, maintain balance records, provide support and send transaction notifications.
Information may also be processed to investigate technical issues, unauthorised transactions and payment disputes, and to fulfil legal obligations.
Information is processed on grounds provided by applicable law, with your consent where required. If you do not provide necessary information, we may be unable to deliver the relevant service.
3. Access to Gaming Accounts
For services requiring account access or account creation, the information you provide is used to perform that service. Where necessary to fulfil your order, relevant information may be shared with the service supplier.
4. Payment Information
When paying online through Epoint, card details are entered on the payment provider’s or bank’s payment page. GNET does not collect or store your full card number or CVV/CVC code for these payments.
Transaction details, bank reference numbers and masked card information, where supplied by the payment provider, may be stored for payment verification and recordkeeping.
For card-to-card transfers, the receipt you submit is used to verify the transaction. We recommend concealing any information on the receipt that is unnecessary for verification.
GNET support does not request your card PIN, CVV/CVC code or one-time bank verification codes. Epoint’s data processing practices are described in its Privacy Policy.
5. Sharing Information
Information may be shared, to the extent necessary for the service and subject to applicable legal requirements, with:
Epoint, banks and selected payment providers;
gaming and digital product suppliers;
hosting and technical service providers;
communication services such as WhatsApp and Telegram used for support and transaction notifications;
competent public authorities where there is a lawful basis.
When foreign services are used, information may be processed outside Azerbaijan. Such transfers are subject to applicable legal requirements.
6. Cookies
Cookies and similar technologies are used to maintain login sessions, support security and remember user preferences. You can restrict cookies through your browser settings; this may affect some website functions.
7. Retention and Security
Information is retained for as long as necessary to provide services, fulfil legal obligations and resolve disputes. Closing an account does not mean that all payment and order records are immediately deleted. When there is no longer a need or legal basis for retention, information is deleted or anonymised.
Access to information is restricted to authorised persons. Data exchanged with the website is transmitted over an HTTPS connection.
8. Your Rights and Requests
In accordance with applicable law, you may access your information, request its correction or deletion, object to its processing and withdraw your consent. If your rights are violated, you may contact the competent authority or a court.
